Officer's report:

According to witnesses, two children calmly colored at the table with markers. First parental notification of trouble was a loud shriek emanating from the dining area. Upon investigation the said parental figures discovered this:

Further investigation revealed that one child (investigator is still unable to discover who)...

Used a marker to embellish the other (still unable to discover who)...

Who retaliated by marking the first...

Who struck back in furious fashion...

And said confrontation escalated...

Said parental figure...

was laughing so hard...

And found themselves...

Quite unable to render verdict or punishment...

And ended up placing said perpetrators...

In temporary confinement...

Pending rectification of the aforementioned "Marking"
